Field of Friendly Strife with Signatures Photo by Heisman Winners and Artist with Print Numbered

Upon the Fields of Friendly Strife by Vladimir Ribachok; 1995 Print, Unframed Print edition: Signed by the three West Point Grads that were Heisman trophy winners: Doc Blanchard, 1945; Glen Davis, 1946; and Pete Dawkins, 1958. This painting depicts an afternoon in the fall at the West Point Military Academy in incredible detail. The colors have changed; there is intramural activity. However, if you look closely, you will see that Michie Stadium is full of people watching an Army football game. The quote "upon the fields of friendly strife" is take from a statement by General Douglas MacArthur when he was Superintendent of West Point in 1920.
